Terms of use
Last updated 2026-05-18
What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the public marketing site at www.ateiq.io. The ATE·IQ product itself (the desktop application installed on your bench) is licensed separately under a paid pilot agreement signed before any code is delivered. Nothing on this site grants a licence to the product.
Who you're contracting with
ATE·IQ is operated by D.W. Semiconductor Test Ltd, a private company limited by shares, registered in Dublin, Ireland. Reachable at [email protected].
Using the site
- You may browse the site, read the content, and submit a contact form.
- You may not scrape, mass-download, fuzz, automate beyond reasonable browsing, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or the contact-form anti-abuse measures.
- You may not use the site to defame, harass, or impersonate anyone (including by submitting a contact form under a false identity to harm a third party).
Intellectual property
The site's copy, layout, code, and the [ate·iq] wordmark are owned by D.W. Semiconductor Test Ltd. You may quote short excerpts (e.g. for press, due-diligence dossiers, or internal evaluation memos) provided you attribute the source. You may not republish the site wholesale.
Open-source components used by the site (Next.js, React, Tailwind, etc.) remain under their respective licences. The product itself ships with a separate third-party-notices file at install time.
Customer data in pilots
When you engage in a paid pilot, you own your inputs and outputs — the workbooks you ingest, the test-program code in your repo, the IPC-2581 designs, the STDF lots, and the generated test programs the pilot produces from them. ATE·IQ's rights are limited to the software it builds and the knowledge base it ships, not your work product.
The pilot agreement spells out confidentiality, data handling, IP, and warranties in more detail. The marketing-site terms do not replace it.
No warranty for the marketing site
The marketing site is provided "as is". Technical claims about the product (e.g. coverage numbers, rule counts, validator behaviour) reflect the state of the product at the time of writing and are not contractual guarantees — those live in the pilot agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, D.W. Semiconductor Test Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the marketing site (e.g. you read a number on the site, made a planning decision, and that decision didn't pan out). For the product itself, liability is set in the pilot agreement.
Changes
We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when material terms change. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes go to the courts of Ireland. EU consumer-protection rights (where they apply to you) are not affected.
